This characteristic makes it a good alternative for individuals who cannot tolerate retinoids.<\/p>\r\n<p>Effective in addressing surface-level wrinkles.<\/p>\r\n<p>Additionally, it balances skin tone by reducing pigmentation.<\/p>\r\n<p>Niacinamide is a safe and effective antioxidant in skincare, with low potential for causing irritation even at high concentrations.<\/p>\r\n<p>Therefore, it can be comfortably incorporated into the skincare routines of sensitive, dry, and rosacea-prone skin.<\/p>\r\n<p>However, my recommendation for those new to it is to start with a low concentration (around 2%) to minimize the possibility of irritation and gradually increase it to higher concentrations (up to 10%).<\/p>\r\n<p>As long as the pH is above 5, it can be combined with other skincare products.
